This is a short term rental for 6 months from November 1st to April 30th. It is a newly renovated, fully furnished, 2-bedroom lakefront home located 5 minutes from a Hannaford supermarket, 15 minutes from shopping in North Windham, and 30 minutes from Portland via convenient access to I-95. The house comes fully furnished and offers comfortable accommodations. The pictures are of the second floor which you will have entirely to yourself but the first floor will be undergoing renovations by the owner during your stay (the floors are not connected and you will maintain full privacy). There is not washer or dryer but there many nearby laundromats. Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for heat and electricity. No smoking. No pets allowed. Seeking single tenants or couples. First and last month's rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. The lease duration is strictly for 6 months (November 1st to April 30th).
