There is a studio apartment above the garage that is separate from the main house where the owner has private use. You will love being just a 2min walk away from Paul's Marina, offering marine services and delicious food. Just a 10min drive from Maine Street, Brunswick, offering a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Flexible terms available, but we are seeking a monthly rental for someone to stay beginning January through March and/or April 2024. Well-behaved and trained dog would be welcome, with $500 pet fee.
