HVAC maintenance and lawn care is included with rent. Tenant responsible to establish utility accounts except for water. Advise landlord of desire to install/mount anything on walls prior to doing so for landlord to consider other than pictures or light decorative items. Need to ensure proper positioning on walls to avoid damage to walls and damage to item desired to hang.
