Welcome to La Mer, our fully furnished, four bedroom, 2 bath cottage with 7 beds (sleeps up to 10). Sit on the front porch and watch the ships come in on the ICW. Only a short drive to the beach, shopping and great restaurants, this property is on a very peaceful street with a beautiful adjacent green space and live oaks. Month to month rental available during "off season," October-Feb. Includes washer/dryer. Renter is responsible for electricity and water during their stay. Rental agreement can be for 1 month or multiple months, ending no later than March 15th. Rules: No pets, parties/events, smoking or overnight guests for more than 2 nights allowed on property. Quiet time starts promptly at 10pm each evening. Violation of any of the aforementioned rules will result in immediate termination of the rental and loss of the full security deposit.
