4-bedroom house located 2.5 miles from Quinnipiac's Hamden campus. The house has two floors, a deck, a large backyard, a storage shed, a private driveway, and off-street parking (the house is in the circle of a dead-end street). The first floor includes all four bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. The basement is finished and consists of a living room, full bathroom, and laundry room (washer/dryer unit). The owner pays for water bills, all other bills are the renter's responsibility. The owner will also maintain the lawn (grass and leaves), and plow the driveway if 6 inches of snow or more. The lease needs to be for at least 11 months, starting July 1, 2024, but can be for longer. At the time of signing the lease, the first month's rent and security deposit is due.
