Everything you need is included so no additional furniture or other items are permitted. There is a gas grill and picnic table in the upper yard as well as down at the water level. A fire pit, chairs, and canoe with paddles/life vests await. There is great fishing opportunity here since the Naugatuck River is stocked twice a year with salmon. Yard maintenance is included. A Deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent along with a background and credit check are required.
