Adorable remodeled bungalow in West Plaza with a small yard to maintain and a great front porch. One car detached garage included but is optional for $75 reduction in rent. It was a short term furnished unit. And we are transitioning back to long term or stays of 30+ days furnished and appointed. But all appliances stay. Gas Stove/Oven, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, dishwasher and the Washer/Dryer on main floor. We take care of the yard unless 1 year lease then yard is tenant responsibility with provided equipment, but if you wish to have a pet, pooper scooping would be a weekly requirement! We have a great service that comes twice a week and could add this house but that would be paid for by tenant. We have our own application and they are available on our website jenningskc.com. An appointment for a viewing is required before applications are due. And all occupants need to attend the viewing to get an application and be able to apply. All utilities are tenant paid with the exception of Trash - And we have unlimited curbside recycling. We also pay for glass curbside pick up. The detached 1 car garage closest to the house is optional. If you do not want the garage there are off street parking spaces and the rent would decrease by $75. This is the unfurnished price. At present it is furnished and appointed as a short term rental. We can still do that for stays of 30+ days. The rent is $1900 would not include the utilities and the utilities would be tenant paid. But for monthly stays they would be paid to us directly from the amounts on the bills once a month. The optional garage is still optional for $75 more. After initial lease, hold over is allowed without an additional term commitment but notice can not be given Oct-Jan each winter.
