Rent INCLUDES utilities EXCEPT heat and cooking, which is propane; you will establish your own propane delivery. Occupancy limited to four (4). No smoking, of anything. No pets. You will be responsible for your own trash and recycling disposal, potential to share service with the studio tenant. Garage parking for one car; driveway parking for 2+ cars. There is a studio apartment located above the garage, with a separate key-code entrance that is rented separately. This is the separate building you see in the photos (Building B). Dock-side deck, dock, and use of canoe, kayaks and paddleboards will be shared with the studio tenant. A small hallway in Building B from the garage to the stairs to the main house includes the entryway to the studio, and will be shared with the studio tenant. Studio tenant will walk down the driveway, past the main house, to get to the dock-side-deck, the dock and pond.
