Applications are only submitted and accepted on our website by searching the house address you are interested in and clicking "Apply Now". Application Fee is $30 per adult, anyone 18+ will need to be on the application. Please review our rental criteria before applying to a Vinebrook Home. Perks of applying with Vinebrook Homes is only one application is accepted at a time - if the Vinebrook website does not allow you to apply, then the home is on hold for someone. Please check back frequently. Applications are processed within 2 days. Approved Applicants can hold a home for maximum of 14 days after approval with a hold fee that is half of your security deposit (security deposit is equal to one month's rent). Half of your security deposit due at lease signing - must be done within 48 hours of application approval. Please apply only if you are able to take possession of the home within 14 days of your application being approved. All applicants must qualify based on Vinebrook Homes Rental Criteria. All Utilities are the tenant's responsibility and not included in the rent.
