AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 2023 till May 2024 The Cottage is located off of Route 28 nestled in the charming village of Cotuit. Making it the perfect spot to drive and explore many different towns on Cape Cod, including Woods Hole, Falmouth, Mashpee, Osterville, Hyannis, Dennis and more! Our cottage is an entire studio. There is a full sized bed, t.v., kitchenette, large shower and an outdoor patio with a grassy area in the back. It is quaint and cute with a quintessential Cape Cod feel and centrally located to many tourist destinations. Guests can access the entire cottage. There is a patio with furniture with a grill as well as a grassy area in the back. The cottage also comes with two parking spots. AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 1ST 2023. Security deposit($1,500) and last month's rent is due at signing of lease. There is no smoking in the cottage and no pets allowed. All utilities and internet/cable are included in the rent for the cottage.
