The cottage is situated on a nice quiet dirt road with a couple beaches within a 10 minute walk. It's also a 10 min drive to downtown Chatham. There is a spacious porch area which is great for reading, relaxing, or hosting. The living room is cozy with a couch, smart TV, and kitchen table, as well as a fireplace for heating. There are 2 heating sources, the gas fireplace (controlled by thermostat), as well as a hallway unit. The kitchen is stocked with amenities for cooking at home, and there is good WiFi. There is a small loft accessible by ladder which is good for extra storage. No smoking or pets, tenant pays for utilities (gas, electric, trash). Available from November 2023 to April 2024, minimum stay 30 days. Fully furnished home. Please submit application prior to showing.
