Comfortable cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are connected. Refrigerator, electric range and one window a/c units will remain in the house for tenants use (without warranty). Breakfast room opens to living room and open to kitchen. Bonus room to rear of house. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water and electricty) and yard upkeep. We require an income of 3 times the monthly rent, positive rental history and credit score of approximately 650. We cannot approve tenants with prior evictions.
