Front yard faces the third fairway of the golf course, on very quiet dead end street. Renter pays cable, electric, plowing and oil bills. Water and landscaping are included. No pets. Longer lease is negotiable. Nonquitt has restrictions on speed limit (15 mph), noise (none after 10 pm) and no large tents allowed. Golf carts must be registered with the Nonquitt mayor. A gate code is required for the front entrance and is not to be shared. References and background check required. Golf and tennis extra on pay-as-you-play basis. No subletting allowed. All furniture must remain in house, cannot be emptied or moved.
