Welcome to our spacious home, located less than 30 minutes from the heart of Downtown Chicago! Our space is designed to provide you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience while being close to a richly vibrant city life. The home is beautifully maintained, with granite countertops and stainless steel modern appliances in the kitchen. THE SPACE We have 5 bedrooms, 4 of which boast en-suite bathrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. We offer a huge great room with a gas fireplace. We also have a cozy sitting area upstairs with a TV with Roku, on which you can log into Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, AppleTV, PrimeVideo, etc. We have board games and books as well. Bedrooms: Each bedroom has towels and extra linens in the closets. Tons of extra bedding and towels are also in the primary bedroom closet on the first floor. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and 4 of the bedrooms in the house have their own private bathrooms. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, fridge, stove, plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and spices, making it easy to whip up a delicious meal. Our home has free parking in the driveway with space for several cars. There's central heat and AC, ensuring that you'll be comfortable no matter the weather. The keypad entry makes checking in and out a breeze. Owner pays for internet, all utilities (water, gas, garbage pickup), and lawn maintenance. 6 month minimum lease agreement. First and last month's rent plus security deposit due at time of signing. Background check required (renter is responsible for cost). No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Parking is free in garage or on the driveway. Renter has full access to 1st and 2nd floors of the home. Laundry is located in the basement, renter may access the laundry but not use the bedroom/bathroom/kitchen in the basement. Renter is responsible for any damages that renter causes in the house.
