The property has a garage, large master bedroom with lots of closet space. Formal dining room, family room with built-in bookcases and two propane fireplaces. Formal dining room, heat pump with back up electric heat. A fenced-in covered pool is located on the property, but will not be available for use. Repairs/painting and a large tree removal has delayed property availability. Planning an open house the weekend of February 17th. The house is available for showing/tours on weekends, and will need to be scheduled in advance. All applicants must submit an application through Zillow before we can consider showing the property.
