You'll have access to a spacious private backyard with a newly built gazebo and free street parking in-front of the house equipped with security cameras. Owner and Property Manager do not reside on the premise. Owner pays for all utilities, gas, heat, electricity and water. This is a short term rental only with a maximum stay of 6 months and is FULLY FURNISHED. Plenty of street parking is available with no restrictions. Pets are welcome but animals are not allowed to pee or poop on the lawn area. Tenant's are responsible for sorting garbage accordingly in there proper bins, recyclables and regular garbage. Garbage days are Tues and Fridays and tenants are responsible for putting bins out for collection.
