At the end of the street is access to miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. The house is three stories with two bedrooms and three bathrooms (plus a bonus bathroom). Keyless entry into the house from the bottom floor will bring you into the "ski locker" where you can hang up and store your gear. Stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located. The two master suites are located on the top floor and each have their own bathroom. The king suite has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, a workstation and private deck. The king bathroom has vaulted ceiling with views of the mountain from the walk in shower. The queen suite has a queen size bed, a bonus loft with twin size bed, and a workstation. The queen bathroom has a tub. The open concept kitchen is modern yet classic and timeless. The oversized peninsula has abundant space for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen includes top of the line appliances, a French door fridge, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. Plenty of storage space for food in the pantry. The living room is furnished with a sectional sleeper and mounted tv on the wall (photos prior to sofa arrival). It opens up to another deck. In floor heating located throughout the house and driveway, plus many other awesome features. We are looking for a professional and responsible couple or small family. Perfect for a tranquil getaway and working remotely. $3000-$5000 depending on dates and/or length of stay. Available October 15th- February 15th. Deposit and rental agreement required.
