This Bohemian renovated beach cottage is minutes from the Southampton Village. The house sits across the street from the Fish Cove which is a fun environment where you can launch stand up paddle boards and kayaks. The area is very peaceful with barely any traffic. The yard has ample oak trees that provide lots of shade for those hot days and a deck you can cozy up on with a blanket and a book while watching the waves on the harbor. Inside there are high ceilings, wide plank wood floors, and glass doors. The property has a very large yard with a private, enclosed outdoor shower the water views giving the cottage a breezy, open feeling. The first floor has a kitchen, open living and dining area, two guest bedrooms with queen beds, full bath (with deep soaking tub) and laundry. The second floor has two guest rooms (one with a twin trundle bed, one with a full bed) separated by an additional loft area for lounging. Within 1 mile you'll find Towd Point Beach (a gorgeous bay beach with spectacular sunsets), a full service marina, a deli, three restaurants and a farm stand in operation since 1945. You don't have to go far to have a great time. But if you want to venture out, it's just a 5-mile drive to world class shopping, restaurants and pristine ocean beaches in Southampton Village and an 8-mile drive to the charming seaside village of Sag Harbor.
