This home is ideal for people looking for a place to rent for a few months at a time. The home is located a 10 minute drive from the beach and a 20 minute drive to Hurlburt Field Air Force Base. It is a fully furnished 3 bed/2 bath home with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. The living room has a large sectional and a 65 inch ROKU TV. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and is equipped with all basic cooking essentials. The fenced in backyard with a view of trees is peaceful and quiet. Pets will considered on a case-by-case basis. No smoking is allowed on property. The base rent price is $2,050 per month. Because the house is fully furnished and rented on a shorter term basis, we do add $650 per month but this includes electricity, water, lawn, trash, WiFi (fiber), and pest control. Willing to lower this fee if tenant puts electricity and water in their name. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $300. The house is available beginning November 15th. It is available for a month-to-month lease or a lease of up to 3- or 6- months. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
