In addition to the four bedrooms, family room, living room, and dining room, we have a private 4 season sun room that is set up with a desk to allow for remote work. We have set up the house so that if all the bedroom are occupied, people will not feel like they are top of each other, with a variety of different areas for working and relaxing. Longmont is a fast growing suburb of Boulder. Longmont's major employers in the area include companies in a variety of high tech industries, ranging from IBM and Seagate to medical companies like Sunrise Medical and Medtronic. In the neighboring cities we also have corporate offices for Ball Aerospace, Google, Emerson, Whole Foods, Lockheed Martin, Hain Celestial, and Maxar Technologies. This property is conveniently located between Northern Colorado's 3 major university, being 30 minutes to CU Boulder and 45 minutes to both CSU Fort Collins and UNC Greeley. This property is only 45 minutes from Denver and its international airport. If you are looking to spend a day in the mountains, you are only 15 minutes from the cute mountain town of Lyons, 45 minutes to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park, and 1 hour to the Eldora Ski area. We also have included the utility and internet bill in the rent. This home is smoke free. This property also has a 2 car attached garage that tenant will have full access to. There is an application fee of $42 for a background check. We do allow for dogs, but have a pet fee of $200 per month. We also have a cleaning fee of $200.
