This house is a fantastic home located in the Fox Valley Subdivision off PJ Adams. It's on the highest hill, on a FLAT lot (a rarity in Crestview), in a cul-de-sac, near other military families. We also just painted it! It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, with a decent backyard, a formal dining and a den (which was the man cave for a while). Dogs are allowed with a deposit. The drive to Eglin is roughly 30 minutes, 4 minutes if you partake in the NASCAR race to work everyday, and is a wonderful place away from Niceville and FWB. Renter will pay for all utilities (electric, water). Rent is $2300, with a $2000 refundable security deposit maintained in a non-interest bearing account. For pets, only dogs are allowed. Please inform us about the breed just so we know, we are dog people too! We do have breed restrictions (only because of our home insurance), and there is $500 non-refundable pet deposit, which includes up to 2 pets. We are limited by our HOA for any more than that. Please do not smoke in the house or garage. You can smoke anywhere on the outside of the property. The HOA states no street parking overnight.
