We have a wonderful beach home available for mid-term rental through the winter. We're just a quick, beautiful stroll away from the stunning white sands and emerald green waters of Crystal Beach. Our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for a snow bird visit. We have a unique wooded property that stands out from other homes in Destin. In your time away from the beach, enjoy the ambiance from our screened in porch or hang out in the spacious backyard. Our favorite feature of our home is the large private yard full of gorgeous Native Plants. Our front yard boasts a spread of gigantic southern live oak trees that draw you in and keep you staring in awe while enjoying the scene from screened in front porch. There is a ton of space to hang out in the large side and back yard. We've added string lights to our deck and hope you'll enjoy the ambiance of the beautiful lighting in the treed lot in the evenings. We think our large and private yard is something that keeps our property standing out from many of the houses in the area. You'll find the convenience of one floor living space in our bungalow. When you enter our home, you'll be greeting by a vaulted ceiling creating the open and welcoming feeling you want when you walk into your vacation home. The primary bedroom is spacious, with its own attached bathroom. The second bedroom is right next to the second bathroom. Relaxing in the screened in porch is a perfect way to start or end each day. We also have a walkway which leads around to the spacious side yard where we have a deck ready for you to enjoy meals, games or just hanging out. Our kitchen is jam packed with all of the essentials for making your meals on the evenings that you want to dine in. For your morning coffee, we have a regular coffee maker, along with a single Keurig brewer and a Nespresso machine for your convenience. We have all types of drinkware and in general, just have a very well stocked kitchen to make your week easy and effortless. We also have a grill available on the deck for those grillers you're bringing along! You'll find the walk to the beach is quick and easy. Just about a two minute stroll (about a tenth of a mile) to our private deeded beach access gate where you will find the sugar white sands and the gorgeous emerald green waters of Crystal Beach waiting for you. Personal umbrellas are allowed on our beach, but pop up tents are not allowed, as it's a private beach, but the public beach is a short walk for those families who would really like to set up a pop up tent or canopy. The great thing about our deeded beach access is that it remains relatively uncrowded even at the busiest times of the year. In short, our home is the best of both- full of coastal charm, while still providing you with the beautiful experience of a nature filled private home in the South. Our home is open for snowbird rental from November 2nd, 2022 until January 13th, 2024. 1. Rental Period: The rental period shall commence on the Check-in Date agreed upon, 4 pm and shall terminate on the Check-out out date agreed upon, at 10 am. The Guest agrees to vacate the Property by the specified check-out time. 2. House Rules: The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules during their stay at the Property: a) No Parties: The Property is to be used for residential purposes only. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund and there will be additional cleaning charges. b) No Smoking: Smoking, including tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping, marijuana, or any other substance, is strictly prohibited within the Property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund and additional cleaning charges. c) No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises, unless explicitly approved in writing by the Host prior to the stay. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees. d) Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 6 am. During this time, all guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for neighbors and other residents. 3. Damages and Liability: The Guest agrees to be financially responsible for any damages caused to the Property during their stay, including but not limited to, furnishings, appliances, fixtures, and decorations. The Host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the Property. The Host is not liable for any lost belongings during the Guest's stay. The Guest is advised to obtain their own insurance coverage. 4. Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in If a cancellation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will be allowed a 50% refund If cancellation occurs within 7 days of check-in, there will be no refund You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as the booking is at least 14 days before check-in 5. Check-in and Check-out: The Guest shall adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. Failure to vacate the Property by the agreed check-out time may result in additional charges. 6. Indemnification: The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the Guest's use and occupancy of the Property. 7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Destin, Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes
