There are two living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, an open dining area as well a front porch, hot tub and spacious back deck to take in the amazing views! House is located in the family friendly Granby Ranch Resort, approximately 200 steps from the slopes! Winter Seasonal rental. Flexible dates, but ideal lease duration is early January 2024 through ski season, around end of March-April. Maximum of 4 unrelated parties allowed (i.e. 2 small families or 4 individuals are fine). 650 minimum credit score and clean background. All utilities included; water, sewer, snow removal, HOA dues, internet, TV, trash, electricity and gas. Note: there is a $550 monthly allowance for gas and electric. Anything over that monthly amount is paid for by tenants. No smoking, of any kind inside. HYPOALLERGENIC dogs (no other pets) allowed upon discretion. Parking available inside the attached 2 car garage, parking pad, and where available/allowed by HOA.
