Managed by the owners (who live in Evergreen) so you get a quick response if something needs attention. This home is offered for temporary leases, as low as month to month, a great option for transitioning families needing a furnished rental for monthly leases or longer. Pets possible with a deposit. No smoking. All utilities, including internet and snowplowing are a monthly flat fee of $270.
