The home is in Point Arena Ca. The gated front yard provides a level of privacy with the large landscape plants providing homes to many humming birds. The spacious backyard is set among more landscape plants and garden beds. The small City is the gateway to the National Marine Sanctuary Stornetta lands. Many trails originate in Point Arena and extend up the coast from there. Downtown the city invites people to enjoy the atmosphere. The Point Arena pier stretches out to the Pacific where surfers enjoy the waves and whales pass by. My home has been recently repainted. The show is made of Italian marble and sink is custom concrete. A heated flor make is very comfortable. The double door in the main room open out to the backyard and provides nice natural light. The guest bathroom is down the hall and has a concrete sink and shower/tub. It is off the main living room and down from the second bedroom at the front of the house. The large window looks to the coastal bluff and the landscaped front yard. The kitchen has custom concrete countertops throughout. The modern appliances provide for your cooking style. Kitchen window looks to the front yard. The open floor plan of the living room is spacious with lots of natural light. Doors to the side, open to walkway ,which leads to the front or backyards. The floors are hardwood and slate. Tenant pays for water, gas,electric and garbage. Small dog must be smaller than 20lbs. Dog waste must be picked up and placed in garbage. Maintain general house cleanliness. Communicate to landlord of any infrastructure issues, immediately. Landlord and tenant agree to talk about weed abatement in yard. Tenant agrees to complete background check/financial assurance (credit check). Security deposit and first month due at move in.
