This 3-bedroom home is perfect for those who seek comfort and quiet. The neighborhood offers the quiet and the single-level brick home is the comfort. The master has a queen bed and a larger built-in armoire with some drawers beneath and a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV. The other bedrooms likewise have wall-mounted flat-screen smart TVs. The laundry is located in the kitchen near the backdoor. The backdoor leads out to the covered patio that also has two built-in skylights. The yard is partially fenced allowing for children and pets to romp about. The home has been updated with double-paned vinyl windows. There had been an attached garage that has been converted to a step-down family room complete with a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen smart tv. The one full bathroom has been updated with a completely tiled shower/bath with a couple of shelves on which to place soap and hair care products. Except for the family room and the bedrooms which are carpeted, the majority of the home is either hardwood floors or tiled. The detached garage is not available to guests.
