Newly renovated home, with fresh paint inside and out, new electrical system, brand new kitchen with updated appliances. Owner added an indoor laundry room during the renovations. Wood floors have been re-finished. Won't last long! Lessee is responsible for maintaining the yard. Laundry hook-ups are available, but Lessee to provide their own washer and dryer. No subletting is allowed. No smoking allowed. Illegal drug use on the premises is not allowed and will be grounds for immediate termination of lease! Parking is limited and only tenants vehicle(s) will be allowed on the premises. Lessee will be required to change the HVAC filter monthly, at their own expense. Proper maintenance of all appliances by the Lessee is required. Government subsidized housing assistance not accepted! A credit report, supplied by the potential Lessee, will be required at the time of application. Proof of income is req'd. We offer rentals that are well maintained! If you do not respect other peoples property enough to keep things clean, do not apply!
