This includes the following: Tenant is responsible for hiring snow plow service. Clear any ice build-up on the outside of the property. If tenants leave the property vacant for more than 48 hours, temperature will be set to at least 55*F. ____ I agree that I will not receive a refund due to unfavorable or inclement weather conditions. ____ I agree to allow Property Managers access to the home for a "reasonable purpose" including repairs and in an emergency situation (e.g., water leak, etc.) ____ I agree that it is a violation of our lease agreement to have guests and or guest fees charged for people not on the lease. ____ I agree to coordinate with Property Managers to schedule a monthly house cleaning from a pre-approved cleaning service. This house cleaning is included in the monthly rental cost.
