Fully furnished home set up for a young family located in a rapidly growing part of Newberry Florida. This home is a short 10-20 minute drive from most of Alachua county's popular amenities such as Gainesville Health and Fitness's Tioga Center, The Oaks Mall, I-75, and much more. This home features a massive master bedroom & bathroom as well as spacious walk-in closet, double shower, and large bathtub. The kids have two bedrooms. One is set up as either a guest room, or an older kids room with a queen bed & large closet with organizers built-in. The other kids room is set up with a crib for an infant, and a toddler bed. These two rooms are connected by a jack & Jill bathroom that acts as a hallway between the two rooms allowing both kids rooms a full bathroom. This home also features a fourth bedroom which is currently set up as a game room with a electric reclining couch and television. This room can be used as an office, a third kids room, or a guest room. This is out personal home, and as such we have items here. We will be keeping our items in a couple of closets that open up into hallways, but the rest of the home will be available to the tenant. No smoking at all. No pets. Tenant is responsible for all yard-care, there is a lawn mower on site. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
