I do allow dogs under these circumstances: -Max of 2 dogs with a $500 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. -If anything is damaged by the dogs, you will also be responsible for replacing it. This is an HOA so you can park your car in the driveway, but no RVs or trailers allowed. Renter will be responsible for maintaining the lawns and shoveling the sidewalk in front of the house and the deck after it snows. (Lawnmower, yard tools and shovel provided.)
