Great inspirations and retreat for artists, writers, poets, musicians, Yoga and meditation. we also have Coqui frogs that sing after the sunsets and quit when the sun rises. this is also a lovely place for a retired couple to enjoy the serenity of this rare location. there is a lovely park near by and glorious walk in a lush tropical street in the little town nearby,on the way there is a beautiful stream as you walk by and gallery where you can also catch a shuttle that takes you down into Waipio Vally to some other beautiful sacred landscapes. all utilities are included in rent~tenant pays additional 4.7% GET tax. High Speed internet~ Wifi ~(Spectrum) included as well~provided is your personal parking space in covered carport next to staircase entrance. No smoking allowed on Property. there can be a tenant from time to time downstairs with separate private entrance. Landlord also lives in a complete separate/private entrance unit downstairs, in a different building. Solar Hot water with electrical backup provides very nice hot showers. A newly renovated beautiful tile bathroom and shower and fresh painted walls create a joyful feeling. Fully furnished~this is a turn key situation. There no need to buy kitchen appliances~ Has a nice convection oven with glass stove top~there is no dishwasher~The Fireplace is not presently available for use. There is a shared Propane BBQ and shared Washer/dryer in carport. There is a lovely grass area in front on the cliff ~perfect for meditation/Yoga and sunbathing and view the Blue Sky Ocean~ This is not a place to have children running around as it is located on a 950 foot cliff. Safe from any Tsunami~it is right next-door to the Entrance of Waipio Valley~ home overlooks this Sacred Valley and waterfall when it rains~ with a Black sand beach at the bottom~It is safe but requires respect of the Aina as it is a very Sacred location. On a clear day you can see the Hana side of Maui. A little 13 year old Friendly Jack Russel named Ivan~whom I have since a puppy lives downstairs~ (he still thinks he is a puppy and loves to play catch)when I go to work he goes to Doggie Daycare~ there are lots of beautiful plants and sweet flower gardens~I am a licensed Massage Therapist~and created Sound Journeys with Gongs and crystal singing Bowls for the Four Seasons Hualalai~I do some private massages and sound Journeys by Appointment in My Yoga room above where I live~ I practice safety protocols during this time ~Tenants must sign a Liability waver at the same time of signing rental contract. I am open to a 3 month lease with addition TATax or 6 month lease as well.
