A single-story ranch-style house just inside the Hartman (north) gate, this home was built in 1977 and renovated in 2010. Four bedrooms, two of which are en suite with attached full bathrooms. The kitchen and attached laundry room/pantry have tiled floors. All three bathrooms have tiled floors. All bedrooms, hallway, and living room have wall-to-wall carpet except the front entry and coat closet, and the fireplace hearth, which are tiled. Three of the four closets in the bedrooms are walk-in. A modern, efficient built-in woodstove is in the living room. All kitchen appliances are included and fairly new. The stove is dual fuel with gas stovetop burners and an electric convection oven, plus a warming oven. New thermal windows have just been installed. The interior is freshly painted less than a year ago. A new roof has just been installed. New furnace and AC have been installed this year. The water heater is a tankless on-demand style with enough capacity to heat water for two showers, a laundry load, and a dishwasher cycle all at once. There is a working washer and dryer currently in place but are not included in the rent, though if the new tenant would like them we would sell them very reasonably if the new tenant does not own their own. The back of the house is spanned by a full-length roof-covered deck. The landscaping is simple and very low maintenance. Table grapes and persimmons grow in the backyard. A monthly visit by a gardener is included. There is no garage. There are many amenities available to residents: A pool, tennis courts, a lake for fishing and swimming, a golf course, an equestrian center, a new clubhouse, and a restaurant within walking distance. Short walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, and pizzeria. The owner pays for garbage. The tenants pay for water and energy (electricity, propane, and wood as desired). No smoking inside the house. A monthly gardener visit is included and paid for by the owner.
