We miss so much about our home at the end of Frye's cul-de-sac, all the friends and the block parties, the halloweens or any afternoon really with kids biking about, the nature ... oh man our dog misses his walks through the eucalyptus trees and the hills overlooking Oakland. We know you will enjoy living there though. It's 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and 2,700 square feet of open sunny living space. We know you will enjoy the treetop deck over Coolidge Creek, full of redwoods and eucalyptus and bamboo, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening wine surrounded by birds and animals, hawks, foxes and squirrels. You'll enjoy the hot tub nestled into the trees and overlooking the creek and the vegetable garden, and if you have kids or visitors with kids they will like the treehouse connected to the neighbor's treehouse and perhaps an adventure climbing down into the creek. Inside you will enjoy the Bay view and big windows looking out into the nature of the creek and the backyard, the sunlight that fills our rooms and the fireplace that warms our winters. We spent a year building the downstairs into an independent living space for family, it is brand new and includes a bedroom, office, living room, home theater, kitchen and bathroom. I worked in the office there or from the deck out back. We also put in a little front yard for soccer practice while building it out, I often took calls kicking a ball out there. We moved away in 2021 to be closer to my family and for a job opportunity and will be here for at least for a few more years. Our current tenant's children have grown and the home is now too big for him. People are selling homes nearby for ridiculous amounts, and an agent told us the "good ones" go for even more. But our community and the intangibles make this house one we hope never to sell.
