AVAILABLE NOW Turnovers are infrequent in our small community, and we are excited to have the opportunity to invite you to apply! Here is some info about our community, Cottages on the Avenue: We are a small cottage community consisting of 12 cottages, 10 are 2/2.5 layouts and 2 are 1/1. 2/2.5 cottages are renting for $2,000 a month. This includes valet trash service as well as general pest and lawn care. Pets are welcome, we charge $30/month for pet rent $50 for two pets. Each cottage even has its own doggie door! To hold the cottage, we ask for a refundable security deposit of $1,000. The first month of prorated rent is due the day before move-in. Tenants at COTA are responsible for their own utilities, including gas, electricity, water/sewer, wifi/cable (optional). The cottage is available on a first come, first served basis. The first to have an approved application, sign a lease and pay their security deposit will have the cottage. Walkthrough videos available upon request.
