About The Home: The home is well laid out with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area! Two bedrooms are just off the living room. Natural lit bathroom provides a walk in shower. The main living area provides plenty of seating and relaxing on the comfortable sectional sofa. This home is a perfect place for a small family to vacation with easy access to explore all of Colorado Springs, Manitou, Woodland Park & so many attractions. Choose to stay at Cozy Bear Cottage as a comfortable place for exploring all of Colorado Springs, Manitou, and Woodland Park and the surrounding hiking trails. Please do not leave any food outdoors or in your car. + Photo ID required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent property is 25. + Our team sets out linens appropriate to the number of people on your reservation so please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number in your party. We charge a $25/night fee for additional guests as long as you don't go over the home capacity listed. Any additional guests over the listed capacity MUST get approval from management company & additional fees are paid. + Home is NOT 420 Friendly/No Drugs/No Smoking - On Premises or Property + All Wheel & 4x4 Vehicles beneficial during winter months between (Oct-April). Roads are maintained & property plowed. + Property does have AC/Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms Owner pays for utilities.
