Property is currently being fully renovated, more photos will follow. It should be ready to move in by November 1. We are putting in new paint, vinyl flooring ,etc. Previous tenants had two garden spots which are being converted quickly to conventional lawn. Rent is $1500 monthly, with a security deposit of $1000. Once the property is ready to view I will post a phone number to text me. For now, please mail your resume and references to the house, 1600 Arden lane. The more detailed your information, the better will be your chances to gain an interview. Owner will be responsible for maintaining the lawn. And will personally install air filters monthly as he collects the rent. Tenant must have a bank account.
