Bedroom 2 on main level, has a queen bed, with memory foam topper. Living room has a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper. Main floor also has a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom loft has a king bed with memory foam topper & sleeps like a cloud. This room has a romantic faux fireplace, large TV and en-suite bathroom with large shower, dual vanities and spacious walk-in closet with personal security safe. Need to do a little office work? That space is here for you in the master loft with a desk and monitor. This unique property comes with a pellet stove, mini split unit for heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, several TVs, full-size washer/ dryer, large kitchen/ dining room with nice appliances, and all needed cooking and dining essentials. This is a fully fenced property with a security gate. First months rent of $2,300, plus deposit of the same amount, paid up front at time of lease signing. We will pay Utilities up to $150, anything above that amount, renters will pay. Includes; water, electric, internet and trash. Utilities will be shared with one other separate rental on the property.
