Located in a retirement community, visitors should be advised there is an age minimum of 55 to own a home or rent a home for longer than 30 days. Children and grandchildren under the age of 19 are welcome for visits of up to 30 days. We have a 5 day minimum stay with no maximum as long as the age restrictions are met, and the home is available. This inviting three bedroom home is nestled in the desirable Winifred Village minutes away from Lake Sumter Landing featuring shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and free, live entertainment nightly. The Arnold Palmer Country Club is close by and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant open for lunch & dinner. The Winifred neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance and it features an adult only swimming pool. Additional Village Recreation Centers offer shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts and pickleball courts. The property includes use of two sets of golf clubs, internet, Direct-TV in the living room and master bedroom, golfing privileges on all of the Villages Golf Courses and access to Villages recreation centers. This home has an open airy feeling with the high ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality, Select Comfort king size bed, 2 large walk in closets, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bath features a jacuzzi and full shower. One of the guest bedroom has a high quality comfortable queen size bed. The second guest bedroom has a comfortable, queen sized Murphy bed and doubles as an office if desired. The enclosed, air-conditioned lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or juice while reading the paper and planning your day s activities. With the purchase of resident ID cards, you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
