Completely renovated home with brand new kitchen appliances. It's wheelchair accessible and prior to now it was commercially used so it has a 5 car parking lot on the side of the house. It is within 1 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. This house is beautiful. 1 year lease. First, last and security. No more than one pet with deposit. Breed must be approved for insurance purposes. Credit and background check 50.00 non refundable. Lawn care is not provided. It can be arranged through property management if desired. If lawn is not maintained it will be mowed at a fee of 100.00 per incident. We operate a drug free business. Only prescription drugs are permissible. There will be two walk throughs per year. These will be by appointment for the convenience of the tenant. In an emergency the landlord has the right to immediately enter the property without notice. Junked cars and furniture are not allowed to be abandoned on the property. Rent is to be paid on time. If there is a need to delay it must be worked out with and approved by property management. After five days a late fee of 100.00 will be charged. If rent isn't paid by the 15th eviction will be started unless arrangements are approved by property management. Washers and dryers are not provided. If your home is rented with a washer or dryer it will not be replaced if it ceases to work. Criminal activity is not permitted and will result in immediate eviction. It is the responsibility of the tenant to change light bulbs, filters, and report any problems to property management. The tenant must work with contracted help who are present to repair the property to schedule and allow access.
