The primary bedroom, with sliders out to the covered lanai, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has double-sink vanity and new walk-in shower as well as a large walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with large closet. The guest bathroom has a tub-shower combination, and is located across from the guest bedroom. The large eat-in-kitchen is beautifully updated with sliders out to the covered and furnished lanai with gas grill and birdcage with heated pool. There is a large 60 inch Smart TV in the living room, as well as TV's in each bedroom. The laundry room is located inside with a washer and dryer. Ceramic tile throughout with the exception of the bedrooms which has new carpeting. A Yamaha 4 seater gas golf cart is included with 24 hr Roadside Assistance. Pots, Pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, Keurig coffee maker, towels and linens are all provided for your convenience. Great location--just a few short blocks from the El Santiago recreation center, close to the Savannah center and Polo Field, and a short ride by car or golf cart to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing Town Squares. Rental includes utilities (gas, electric, water, central air), WIFI, cable, lawn care, pest service, and weekly pool maintenance. Rental Rate includes gas charges of up to $300 per month. Small pets OK. No smoking allowed. A non- refundable cleaning fee of $150 and the remaining balance of the rent is due 60-days prior to occupancy (lease start date). If the booking is made within 60-days of the first date of you stay, then 100% of the total rent and security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Rent is non-refundable unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period at the same rate can be found. Check in at 4 PM and check out is 10 AM. A temporary resident ID to access all The Villages has to offer is available for $50 (optional). Security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection of the property.
