Enjoy fires in the fire pit or swing in the adult swing near the rivers edge. The house is equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay there. While it is secluded, it's only minutes from the Soldotna city center. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric and these monthly values will be added to the rent. This property is on a well and septic so there are no utility bills associated with them. This property also has a large smart tv in the living room. There is also no wifi in the house. Tenant will also be held responsible for all damages sustained to the property while tenant has it leased. Tenant is not responsible for lawn and landscaping or snow removal.
