NO SMOKING, NO Vaping, NO marijuana use and NO illegal drugs allowed in home or on patios and decks. Also no drunken behavior or firearms allowed on-premises. $500 fine plus damages for this violation. Please smoke near street (not in driveway) to avoid any smoke getting near home. No pets allowed due to health and safety concerns. Please use caution around unfenced areas of backyard and gas valve for fireplace. Especially keep young children away.
