There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside of the house 1 (one) pet is allowed with a pet deposit fee of $300 non refundable and every additional pet under 40lbs is $35 per month or any large pet over 50lbs is $50 per month Parking is allowed only on property and garage As we try and want to maintain a great community.
