Rent directly from a private owner instead of dealing with the big companies and all sorts of extra fees! I lived in this home for 8 years and took excellent care of it, as did my previous tenants. Kitchen appliances provided, including a gas range and over-the-range microwave installed 1 year ago. New sink faucets in kitchen and bathrooms installed 1 year ago. Freshly shampooed carpet in hall and bedrooms, rest of the flooring is tile. Gas hookup is available if you choose to install a gas powered dryer for electricity savings. I have the air conditioner serviced every year to ensure you're comfortable all summer. All pets are allowed, but dogs larger than 20 pounds require additional security deposit. My property manager is a great guy and very responsive. Rent is discounted by $50 per month for military, veterans, and YPG employees ($1,699 instead of 1,749). No "pet rent" or other ridiculous monthly fees like most rental companies charge! If you are interested in a lease longer than 1 year, ask about an additional discount! First and last month's rent and security deposit are due on move-in day (total of $4,498, or $4398 if you qualify for the discount). 20 minute drive to YPG, about as close as you can get! Renter is responsible for water/sewer, gas, electric, garbage pickup, and internet. First and last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed indoors. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) permitted with no additional security deposit (for larger pets, please inquire). Lease durations longer than 1 year are available (ask about rent discount!).
