This home is located in an excellent and much desired part of Wesley Chapel. Minutes from K-12 top rated schools, Saint Leo University, Metro Lagoon, three malls , hospitals and restaurants. Available mid October. Prior rental history, credit check and full months deposit will be required. There is no application fee but applicant must provide their own credit check and last 3 pay stubs. Lease is on a month to month basis . We will consider a longer term lease after a history of prompt rent payments has been established with us. Tenant pays for electricity, water, internet, and garbage disposal. Unfortunately, we are not set up to accept section 8. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are included. A $2500 month security deposit required. A total of $4,300 will be needed to move in. Last three paychecks required. There is no application fee however, applicant must pull and provide their own credit check to Landlord. Landlord will pay for HOA fees.
