This beautiful Corral de Tierra home is located in a stunningly beautiful, peaceful setting, high up on the hill and accessed by a private road, gazing out on Castlerock and Mt Toro. Every bedroom and living room in the house boasts amazing views across the hills. This split-level home has excellent proportions, it is a 3,900 sq ft open plan property with extended/large windows that make the most of the views and the abundance of natural light. All bedrooms and the office have blinds, (the master suite has a blind system on the left side but not on the view out to the Castlerock as it is not overlooked). The master bathroom and main level shower rooms have one-way glass which you can see out of, but not into. The house has truly been designed with an emphasis on light and immersion in the surrounding natural beauty of the location. The property is gated and fully fenced, the seasonally (late May Oct) solar-heated swimming pool (9ft max depth at the deep end) is private and overlooks the same stunning vista.
