The bonus room also has laundry space with W/D connections. The water heater and air conditioning were recently replaced with brand new units. The home is cable and internet ready and is in a quiet neighborhood. The home also includes an outside patio and a nice size front yard and back yard. Rent is 1,200.00 monthly and includes security monitoring. The tenant must perform lawn maintenance and pest control. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed unless you have the proper paperwork for service animals. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee deposit of $500.00 applies, and there is an extra $50.00 pet fee charged monthly. Late fees apply and rental insurance is preferred. The lease is for twelve or eighteen months, with an option to renew or go to a month-to-month lease.
