Owner pays for all utilities and HOA fees. Tenant will pay for any extra service as pest control, etc. There is no smoking, no event parties or large gatherings and must be 25 yrs old to book. Photo ID will be required upon arrival. Check in after 3PM and check out time is before 11AM. Small dogs are OK with a $200.00 pet deposit.
