Must be a long term-6 month or longer rental. This is a fully furnished, spacious, comfortable home with fully enclosed back yard. It is in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Exactly what a home should be. Families are especially welcome! The white, sugary beach, Kolb park, restaurants & shops are all just a 2 block walk! The island home is an open concept living area, 3 bedroom (1 K, 1 Q, 2 Twin), 2 full bath, floor plan. A spacious covered front porch with hammock, 2 patio sets, lounge chairs +Tiki Toss game. The backyard is completely enclosed with fire pit, hot tub, beach equipment. The kitchen is fully stocked, along with Samsung stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. When you walk into the home you're greeted with a bright open space with plush leather recliner sectional sofa, rocking/recliner chair, 55" Roku smart TV with streaming apps. Built In bookcases that house some of our favorite beach reads, games + puzzles. The dining area overlooks the huge covered porch. It features dining for 6 plus two barstools, a coffee bar with Keurig 2.0 and drip coffee pot. Our fully stocked kitchen has a collection of bakeware, cookware, pots + pans, mixer, blender, food processor, tupperware, wine glasses, large bowls, toaster, kettle + waffle iron. Our hall guest bath features a jetted tub, vanity & toilet, Accessories + rain-head shower-head with detachable hose handle (great for the kiddo's sandy heads). Bedroom one features 2 new twin bed frames with pillow-top mattresses, nightstand, closet, and a Roku-enabled flat screen TV. Bedroom two is a lovely bright room, brand new queen bed frame, pillow-top mattress, closet, nightstands and dresser. A Roku wall mounted flat screen tv + glass door with access to a private covered rear deck, shared only with the master. Master bedroom with en-suite bath is a wonderful place to relax...soft colors + bedding with a new King bed and gel infused memory foam with pocket springs mattress, whimsical night stands, VW Bus dresser, closet, chair for reading/relaxing, desk if needed, a Roku wall mounted flat screen TV & a glass door leading to the private covered rear deck. An en-suite bath with vanity and walk in glass shower, lighting + accessories. The rear deck has a clothesline for towels, suits, etc. The LG front loading washer & dryer are located in the hall on the living level. Exterior accent lighting in both the front and back areas. The back is a fully fenced yard for everyone and a nice play area. Garage has Ping Pong, a collection of sports equipment such as basketball, tennis rackets + balls, adult bikes & a child bike with bike locks, coolers, plus. There's all the beach items needed, including a cart to carry everything. Enjoy the ultimate Florida beach lifestyle with your furry friends. This is a pet friendly rental but there is a non-refundable pet fee. Carport with room for multiple vehicles and a boat. The start of our street (14th Ave.) features a selection of wonderful locally owned shops- cigar/bait shop, ice cream parlor, yoga/massage studio, Indian Rocks Cafe, Groupers on the Gulf Restaurant + a nail salon, all with excellent reviews. One Block North (just behind the house) is Kolb Park featuring Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Skate Ramp, Basketball, Playground, Library, Beach Art Center offering Classes + Events, Baseball Stadium, plus! Two Blocks East is a Public Boat Ramp, perfect for Launching Kayaks or Jet-ski's. Bring your boat and all your water toys, our Driveway Has Plenty of Space! Renter is responsible for electric, cable, internet, firewood, keeping bicycles repaired and rideable, and replacing beach equipment as needed. The owner is responsible for water, sewer, trash, hot tub maintenance, yard maintenance, pest control. NO SMOKING allowed inside house, porches, balconies or garage. Pet(s) allowed: 1 cat, dogs under 60lbs. with non-refundable pet fee. 1st month rent, last month rent and security deposit due before rental period begins. Lease must be 6 months Plus 1 day or greater.
