This is a fully furnished house with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a walk in closet, and a fenced in backyard perfect for your furbabies. Each room has a queen size bed, flatscreen tv, firesticks for streaming your favorite shows, and a desk. The kitchen has a large island perfect for cooking, and the living room has a sectional and a 60 inch flatscreen tv. The price includes rent, electric, water, garbage, yard care, and the fastest wifi available! You will also have your own parking spot right in the driveway. There is an attached apartment to the side of the house that a quiet individual will be renting out and they have their own private entrance in the back. All tenets undergo a thorough background check to ensure the safety of the house and the neighborhood. Leases as short as 3 months are available as well! No smoking allowed. Rent is due by the 5th of each month. All pets must be well behaved and house trained.
